Internset Community Guidelines

At Internset, the safety and well-being of candidates in our communities is our foremost concern. In pursuit of this objective, our community moderators undergo training to swiftly address content that breaches our community guidelines.


If you encounter any content that you believe violates any of these guidelines, kindly click the flag icon on any post or comment to report it to the community moderators at your school.


1. No Bullying / Sharing Personal Information


Refrain from using identifiable information about any individual within the community in a derogatory or negative manner.


  1. Do not disclose private information (information not publicly available, such as contact details, addresses, whereabouts) about any identifiable person.
  2. The use of identifiable information is permissible when it is not intended negatively. Notably, this rule does not apply to public figures, including university faculty.


2. No Hate Speech


  1. Hate speech is defined as engaging in prejudice based on characteristics such as race, class, age, body type, religion, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.


3. No Misinformation


  1. Avoid sharing deliberately misleading information.
  2. Do not impersonate other students within your school.
  3. Our moderators are adept at identifying and removing content that is verifiably false. However, any content that makes a claim about an identifiable individual and could be construed as negative will always be addressed for potential bullying or the sharing of personal information.


4. No Spam


  1. Do not share content lacking substance.
  2. Refrain from repetitively posting similar content.
  3. Only promote services or products that directly benefit the Internset community (subject to moderator discretion).


5. Additional Guidelines


  1. Abstain from posting excessively explicit text or images.
  2. Do not endorse or solicit participation in illegal activities.
  3. Do not express intent to commit acts of violence or self-harm.
  4. Remember, our community thrives on respectful and insightful interactions. Your adherence to these guidelines contributes to an enriching environment for everyone at Internset.
